6th week.

So, it's the 6th week of internship, half of the way already. Another 5 weeks to go. I have not updated about my internship for quite sometime because everything was very routine, unless you are interested to know my 'achievements'. Well, throughout my 6 weeks over here, I have broke several test tubes (minor case), a measuring cylinder, a thermometer which had been used since 1995 and split a little parafin oil heated at 150°C on my bare hands. But don't worry, it doesn't hurt at all, I wonder why?

And my work is getting better and better. At least I get satisfying result. Glad that my pipetting skills had improved a lot, in fact I think I'm quite PRO at that already. Hahaha. This week for instance is relatively free. Sometimes I finished my experiment very early, around 12 noon, but I still have to kill the time till 5pm before I could happily wave and say goodbye. Sometimes, I have got nothing to do at all. Like today, I practically did nothing, just key in some data for analyze and that just took me 1/2 hour. Then, someone came out with the idea of taking a group photo. So, here we go.

Me and cute cute Alice.

T___T What a big contrast in the skin complexion, she's so fair and lovely.

I missed out the fun at the animal farm the other day when they are feeding the rats some plant extracts. Anyway, I'll try to make it there again some other day. =)

That's all, till then.
